Full M&A process, from technical DD to signed deal

Together with my network I can offer a full DD process including commercial, finance and technical evaluations.
Along with, for example, the largest research institute of Sweden I have performed a pre-study adjusted towards private investors all from BA.s (Business Angels) to early VCs.
For early stage companies there are also some funding’s to find.
